5. Any changes or additional services requested during the project may result in additional charges.

6. The client must provide access to the work area and ensure that it is clear of obstacles, pets, and minors during the project.

7. BC Brushworks - Painting and Staining reserves the right to terminate the project if the client fails to comply with these terms of service or if unforeseen circumstances arise.
